Estimated Delivery Times
USA: 5­-8 business days
Orders are normally shipped on average within 3 business days.

Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address. However, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct then contact us with your order number and we will start an inquiry into your order.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. Although we are sure you'll love the products we offer, sometimes things just go wrong. If you have received your item and it's unsatisfactory, reach out to us and we will do our best to help and make things right.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Items must be in original condition received and undamaged in any way.If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item once the damaged item has been returned.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time!

How to return items?
Please contact our customer support team using the Contact Us form on our website or using our chatbot to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a RMA number that must be included with the return.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include hygienic products, masks, and any other items that specifically state otherwise.
In addition, returns are not accepted due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. I decided I no longer want the product)

Restocking Fee
Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. During the return process, we will let you know of any potential restocking fees. Shipping and handling fees are excluded from the refund as well.

Exchanges
If the product(s) received is still sealed and in original condition, you may exchange it with a similar or variant product without being subject to a restocking fee. You will have to cover the return shipping costs for the exchange.
